Please read the following terms and conditions regarding our Antise Vancouver Pastry Class carefully and in full. When you purchase tickets for our classes you are agreeing to these terms.
Dietary Restrictions (Allergies, etc)
Where possible, our chefs will accommodate dietary constraints. However, sometimes this is not possible. Each class page (under the Classes header navigation on the website) has a very specific ingredient list at the bottom. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to review the full ingredient list to check if they have any allergies to any of the ingredients.
Furthermore, any food prepared on and off site may contain trace elements of nuts and other allergens. The final decision for the safety of the customer as regards allergens is the sole responsibility of the customer and not of Antise Vancouver.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
A customer may request to have their class ticket purchase cancelled and refunded. The reimbursement terms will depend on the timing of the cancellation and are defined as follows:

Class Cancellations by Antise Vancouver
Antise Vancouver reserves the right to cancel published classes. This may happen in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, the customer will have the option to transfer their purchase to an alternative class at a later date or have the full amount refunded.
Ticket Transfer Policy
At any time the class ticket holder may transfer their ticket to another person. In such a case, please email us at [email protected] and let us know your order details (number, name, etc), and the name of the person(s) you wish to transfer the ticket(s) to. These details are important as we label various items in the class with the customer names.
Media Consent
Antise Vancouver will be taking photos/videos during each class. This media may be used by Antise Vancouver on its website and for publications, both online or in print. If you would prefer not to be photographed or videotaped, please email us in advance of the class at [email protected] so that we can organize our media for the evening to exclude and/or obscure your image.
