The Apollini’s “tail” can be filled with a wide variety of creams, catering to both sweet and savoury preferences. We plan to rotate different fillings seasonally to bring you a constant variety of flavours.
To kick things off, we’re introducing two irresistible options: gold chocolate cream with almonds praline paste and white chocolate whipped ganache with raspberry coulis.
