Moms always deserve something special, but for Mother’s Day, we’ve decided to create something even more unique to celebrate them!
We mixed fresh berries with Ruby chocolate and created a new Panettone flavour that is an ode to spring and summer.
Great pairings include hibiscus or green tea, plum sake, vanilla or yogurt gelato – all excellent ways to start getting a taste of summer and celebrate Mother’s Day.
Shelf life: 14 days, stored in a dark and cool location.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, natural yeast, butter, egg yolk, clarified butter, malt, salt, honey, Madagascar vanilla, candied strawberries and Raspberries, orange flavedo zest, Valrhona strawberry inspiration chocolate, glucose, white chocolate.
